Company designs, builds, and operates AI-powered products and workflows for technology and social impact ventures, primarily for U.S.-based clients.
We work on projects that combine meaningful human needs, strong teams, and business viability.
We already have strategy, positioning, and a growing pipeline from our network.
What we need now is a repeatable top-of-funnel engine that generates qualified leads independent of founder activity — this role owns that.
We operate with AI at the core.
The right person uses AI to compress the cycle from idea to published asset from weeks to days and actively introduces new tools to accelerate workflows.
The Role
You own the top of the funnel: generating qualified leads through experiments, content, and campaigns — and iterating based on results.
You'll work closely with leadership for direction, but you own execution: writing posts, building landing pages, launching campaigns, testing ICPs, and optimizing what works.
This is a hands‐on role — you produce, decide, and iterate.
Strong performance leads to growth into Marketing Lead or Growth Lead.
What You Own
Qualified lead generation.
You are measured on the volume and quality of leads entering our pipeline.
Every activity serves this outcome.
If something isn't working, you propose changes rather than repeating it.
Experiment velocity.
You run continuous experiments across messaging, channels, offers, and ICP segments.
The goal is to test quickly and learn what works, not to deliver polished campaigns on a quarterly cadence.
ICP audience growth.
You grow Telos's presence in the communities where our ICPs live (LinkedIn, Ruby events, founder networks, industry groups) and turn that presence into conversations.
Nurture and follow‐up.
You build and operate the email and follow‐up systems that keep leads warm between touchpoints so no opportunity goes cold.
Content that drives the pipeline.
You produce content (social posts, blog posts, one‐pagers, email campaigns) designed to generate conversations,
not just visibility.
AI‐driven workflow leverage.
You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, image and video generation tools, research agents, automation platforms) as a core part of how you produce work.
You scope and introduce new AI tools as they emerge, evaluate them against our workflows, and adopt the ones that compress cycle time or raise quality.
You are expected to operate at a pace that would be impossible without AI leverage.
What You'll Do
Web Publishing
Deploy and maintain landing pages, service pages, and content pages (Webflow now, Bridgetown/static site generators as we transition)
Stand up new pages the same day copy is finalized
Own navigation, CTAs, formatting, and mobile responsiveness
Content Production
Produce LinkedIn posts, blog posts, email copy, and one‐pagers from source material: transcripts, Loom recordings, internal documents, conversation notes
Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, and iteration cycles
Write in a practitioner voice that resonates with technical leaders without sounding like a marketing department
Maintain a weekly publishing rhythm.
Content sits in draft for days, not weeks
Email and Campaigns
Execute email campaigns: build lists, format cleanly, QA before send, track performance
Run small‐scale experiments: LinkedIn ads, landing page tests, webinar promotion, outbound collateral
Report results in plain terms.
What went out, who engaged, what we learned, what changes next
Visual and Brand Execution
Produce on‐brand social graphics, email layouts, and one‐pagers using our existing design system and AI‐assisted design tools
Catch formatting and brand inconsistencies before they reach the market
AI Tooling and Workflow Design
Continuously scope and evaluate new AI tools that could accelerate your work
Introduce tools that earn their place and retire tools that don't
Build reusable prompts, templates, and automations that compound your output over time
Coordination and Decision‐Making
Sync directly with engineering, design, and business development without routing through leadership
Make marketing calls (targeting, sequencing, channel, messaging) and bring them as decisions with rationale, not open questions
Arrive at weekly meetings with published work, experiment results, and proposed next tests
How You'll Be Measured
Qualified leads generated per week and month
Experiment velocity: number and quality of tests run
Speed to publish: time from idea or input to live asset
Conversion rate from initial touchpoint to discovery call
Pipeline contribution: leads that progress into active sales conversations
