Location: Tlanepantla, Mexico City (plant environment) Reporting to: Regional HR Lead This role is idóneo for an HR professional who enjoys being close to operations and building strong relationships on the shop floor.
The position will have a key role in supporting the site through both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.
Driving talent management and organizational development in a manufacturing or operational context.
Leading recruitment and onboarding for both operational and salaried employees.
Tracking and managing HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance indicators.
Around 2–5 years of experience in an HR managerial or HRBP role.
Solid experience in manufacturing or plant environments .
