We are looking for aSenior Business Analystto join thePyME Originationteam.The team is responsible for building digital onboarding products for business customers.One of its key areas is account opening forpersona moral— the Mexican legal entity classification for incorporated businesses — one of the most technically complex products in our portfolio.It combines corporate document processing, KYB verification, electronic signature with e.firma, regulatory requirements for remote onboarding, and integrations with internal systems and external data providers.The product has already been launched and is entering its next stage of growth.In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding funnel forpersona moral, continuously improving conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency.You will work at the intersection of product, analytics, engineering, compliance, risk, legal, and operations, combining business analysis with strong product thinking and data-driven decision making.Challenges that await you:Owning the end-to-end onboarding funnel for legal entities, from landing page to the customer's first successful transactionIdentifying bottlenecks in the customer journey, analyzing drop-off points, and prioritizing initiatives to improve conversionWorking directly with data using SQL and BI tools to evaluate opportunities and measure product performanceDesigning and running experiments to optimize onboarding flows, including A/B testing and funnel improvementsGathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process models,



and integration specificationsDriving complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and external vendorsDefining and monitoring operational metrics, dashboards, and SLAs for the onboarding processSupporting the development of new capabilities, including document processing, electronic signature flows, account upgrades, and additional business banking productsCollaborating closely with System Analysts and Engineering teams throughout the full product development lifecycleWhat makes you a great fit:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product ManagerProven experience owning and optimizing customer acquisition or onboarding funnels, with measurable business resultsStrong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, and product metricsPractical experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments, including metric decomposition, cohorts, sample size estimation, and result interpretationExperience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, external vendors, and regulatory stakeholdersStrong understanding of customer journeys, process optimization,
