Job Description – HR Analyst (Bilingual)Location: Monterrey, Nuevo LeónWork Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | On-siteLanguage Requirement: Advanced English (Bilingual)Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Analyst to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations in Mexico.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining compliance with Mexican labor regulations, and providing excellent support to employees and business leaders.The adecuado candidate has 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources Operations or HR Administration, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and has hands-on experience managing employee records, onboarding, offboarding, IMSS transactions, and HR ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and status changes.Process and coordinate employee registrations, terminations, salary modifications, and other transactions with IMSS.Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and other HR employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and Mexican labor as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, documentation, and employment records.Coordinate new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and system access.Support offboarding activities, including exit documentation and coordination with Payroll, IT, and other departments.Partner with Payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee data updates affecting payroll processing.Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes,
and employee HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel and HR systems.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee internal and external audits by ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative efficiency.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to ensure a seamless employee experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Human Resources.Experience managing IMSS employee registrations, terminations, and employment changes.Working knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and employment supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.Experience maintaining HR documentation and employee records.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar) is preferred.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting payroll processes.Experience with benefits of labor compliance and HR audits.Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.Key CompetenciesAttention to DetailOrganization & Time ManagementCustomer Service OrientationAnalytical ThinkingProblem SolvingCommunication SkillsTeamwork & CollaborationIntegrity & ConfidentialityAdaptability
