It is designed for a TA professional who brings strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and a passion for candidate experience, while still enjoying hands on recruiting for complex and high profile roles.Own full‐cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles, including senior and critical positionsAct as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availabilityProactively source and engage talent using creative, targeted, and data‐driven approachesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long‐term talent networksEnsure a high‐touch,
