It requires strong people leadership, backend technical depth, execution discipline, and operational governance, with a focus on building resilient distributed systems and high-performing teams.Major AccountabilitiesLead and manage backend engineering teams building Java 17 / Spring Boot-based microservices and APIsTranslate architectural and platform roadmaps into executable engineering plansDrive end-to-end backend delivery across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production supportEnsure adherence to engineering standards, including secure coding, API design, coding standards,
