Workday ConsultantWe are seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Workday consultant at Marsh, you will work alongside experienced delivery leaders and functional/technical specialists to support clients across the full Workday product suite.
This is a high-growth, client-facing role with deep exposure to ongoing system management.We will count on you to:Respond to client configuration requests, and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domainAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality mannerPerform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environmentsDocument solutions, processes, and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughlyCollaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support clientsSupport project delivery tasks such as testing, data validation, and change management activitiesProactively identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accountsWhat you need to have:0 - 2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to applyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative,
