You'll work closely with creative strategists, producers, and media buyers to build scroll-stopping, conversion-focused videos.
This role is idóneo for someone who understands pacing, hooks, retention curves, and how to edit for performance.
You'll be producing at high volume, iterating quickly based on performance data, and directly influencing account scale through your edits.RESPONSIBILITIESEdit short-form paid social ads (UGC, podcast ads, product demos, street interviews, etc.)Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, pacing, overlays, CTAs)Optimize videos for platform specs (Meta, TikTok,
