The Product Line Specialist supports the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value.This role serves as a critical link between commercial, manufacturing, technology, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management and market competitiveness.Major Responsibilities And Tasks Of The PositionWork with the Product Line Manager (PLM) and Product Team members to execute product life‐cycle management strategyWork with the PLM to contribute to the development of both long‐ and short‐term business strategies to maximize profitability and achieve growthChampion new product development and timely release through collaboration with cross‐functional teams, including Market Development, Technology and Manufacturing OperationsCollaborate with global counterparts to drive product strategiesUnderstand the competitive environment and devise plans to differentiate and counteractInterpret market demand and provide forecast input for capacity planningProvide technical support to develop product literature and promotional brochuresSupport key day‐to‐day activities for various marketsFormulate value propositions with commercial team to position against the competitionInfluence supply‐chain and procurement to deliver best cost and serviceProvide product training and support to the Customer Representative (CSR) organizationAssist in resolving product, quality, and service issues while balancing customer needsIdentify opportunities to reduce complexity and costsCollect and distribute specialized reports and key product line metrics for analysisOccasional international travelWhat do you need to have?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (required).2–5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, commercial, or related business functions.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to interpret market, operational, and financial data.Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results in a fast‐paced environment.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluent English, both written and verbal.MBA or advanced business education preferred.What we offer?
