• 10 years of experience in important construction devellopments.
• Management of contracts, budgets, quality, risks, time and resources.
• Full command of English language (spoken, written and read).
• Coordination and supervision of civil works, installations and finishes.
• Possess technical knowledge (construction systems, timing,construction logistics).
• Knowledge of project management methodology, accordinginternational best practices (PMI).
• Experience in school construction in the State of Mexico is desirable.
• Experience managing construction permits and licenses with themunicipality.
• Bidding and control of contractors, designers and consultants.
• Effective communication in meetings,

• Detailed interpretation of drawings from different engineeringdesigners.

• Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Autocad, Project,Internet.
