A leading Japanese multinational company in industrial automation and high-tech equipment development is seeking a Fleet and Facilities Administrator.Job PurposeEnsure the company's operational continuity through the comprehensive, efficient, and strategic management of the nationwide vehicle fleet (+300 units) and the administration of general services (facilities) for up to 4 corporate offices.
The idóneo candidate will coordinate relationships with key vendors, guarantee regulatory compliance, and optimize costs while maintaining high-quality internal customer service.Key Responsibilities1.
Strategic and Operational Fleet Management (Nationwide)Asset Management:Supervise and control a fleet of over 300 vehicles nationwide.Maintenance:Coordinate and strictly follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring the leasing company fully complies with its contractual obligations.Claims & Incident Management:Lead internal tracking for accidents, fines, claims, and procedures with insurance companies.Legal Compliance:Guarantee document control and regulatory compliance applicable to the fleet (emissions testing, vehicle taxes, permits, etc.).
Data Analysis:Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding performance, fuel consumption, accident rates, and operating costs.2.




Facility Management and Services AdministrationOperational Continuity:Ensure the proper functioning of services and installations in up to 4 corporate offices (access control, infrastructure, and daily operations).
Critical Maintenance:Identify, predict, and prevent failures in key systems such as electricity, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and general maintenance.Requirements:Education and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) —Preferred.Languages:Indispensable conversational English.Experience:3 to 4 years of previous experience in fleet management and/or Facility Management.Availability:Total flexibility to travel nationwide according to operational needs.Required Technical SkillsExcel:Advanced proficiency.Power BI:Creation and analysis of control dashboards.Leasing Knowledge:Solid understanding of vehicle leasing contracts.Soft Skills & CompetenciesService-Oriented Attitude:Focus on addressing and resolving the needs of internal users.Attention to Detail:Rigor in document control and cost analysis.Time Management & Control:Ability to prioritize multi-site tasks effectively.Stress Management:Capacity to remain calm and efficiently resolve crises (accidents, service failures, etc.).
