This position is under the general guidance and support of the Plant Controller.This position is responsible for: Supporting the implementation of SIS program in the Toluca Complex as a Finance Champion.Activities include: Coordinating activities related to the financial support of the SIS program.Support operative people for training related to loss/cost deployment issues.Planning on supporting the activities related to achieve the targets set for the Plant for the projects that should produce the benefits/savings.Follow up on the VCP initiatives with operations supporting the Plant Controller.Review and approve kaizenes for projects presented for the operative areas of the Plant.Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of core Finance or Accounting experience The ability to understand and financially valuate processes or projects and generate value analysis.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Fluent English Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in SAP or PSAP and Smart View / Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
