You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into clear specifications that guide our development process.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and clarify business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications including business architecture, process maps, wireframes and data modelsEnsure comprehensive specification of User Stories with all required data and background analysis available to the entire teamDesign and define related test cases and support the Product Owner in creating effective acceptance criteriaCollaborate cross-functionally with Platform Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, Business Architecture and the Data Office to maintain end-to-end consistency of system, process and information architectureAnticipate and analyze customer needs to develop effective problem-solving solutionsOrganize and prioritize the Product Backlog based on Product Owner guidanceOwn production support for one or more business applications, addressing user requests directly or triaging more complex cases to the development teamCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation on the corporate WikiAbout the TeamOur team is responsible for building products and solutions for the Corporate Solutions business unit.
