We're looking for a skilledOnsite Deskside Support Engineer (L1/L2)to join our team and provide high-quality end-user support in a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technical support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues.PerformIMAC(Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities.Manage the desktop lifecycle, including OS imaging, device configuration, patching, and hardware replacements.UtilizeSCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNowfor device management, asset tracking, ticket resolution, and remote support.Install, configure, and update approved software while ensuring compliance with IT security policies.Deliver deskside and remote support forMicrosoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and other enterprise applications.Support printers, scanners,



and peripheral devices.Assist withActive Directoryuser administration and provide Smart Hands support.Deliver VIP/executive support and act as the primary onsite contact during critical incidents.Maintain accurate documentation, hardware inventory, and knowledge base articles.Support Windows environments, mobile devices, and basic macOS troubleshooting.FollowITILbest practices for Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management.
✅ Preferred SkillsStrong knowledge of Windows desktop environments.Hands-on experience withSCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and VPN technologies.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Experience supporting enterprise IT environments and end users.Role:Onsite Deskside Support Engineer (L1/L2)If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in enterprise IT support, we'd love to hear from you!
