(Interviews will be in English)Job ResponsibilityCapturing arising market opportunities1.- Acquisitions of new customers2.- Management of existing customers3.- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs4.- Support marketing activities and market communications5.- Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry6.- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company7.- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients (min 30%)Qualification CriteriaBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage1.- Good understanding of the local ESS market2.- A minimum of 3-4 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in ESS/PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (electronical applications, energy, etc.)3.- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)4.- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously5.- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills6.- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills7.- High reliability and ability to work under pressure8.- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork9.- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis10.- Very good English language skills (spoken and written).
Portuguese is a must.
