Key Responsibilities Full Project Lifecycle Management1.Classify 4 overseas warehouse project types and set approval & resource allocation standards.2.Deliver project initiation, approval, contract signing and pre-project compliance check.3.Build project teams, define milestones and full-cycle management mechanisms.4.Monitor progress, control risks and drive closed-loop issue resolution.Supply Chain & Process Design1.Design overseas warehouse OTC processes and organize demand alignment.2.Launch full-process operation drills, exception handling and standardized training.3.Establish unified warehouse operation, safety and on-site management systems.4.Compile SOPs and guidance materials for on-site standardized operation.Organization & HR Allocation1.Plan warehouse organization, manpower and arrange key staff deployment.2.Standardize external vendor collaboration and SLA management.3.Implement warehouse security, emergency and visual management systems.Warehouse Site, Engineering & Facility Equipment Management1.Audit warehouse sites, compliance documents and lease contracts.2.Manage warehouse equipment construction,



installation and phased acceptance.3.Deploy and accept new warehouse IT infrastructure.System Construction & Data Management1.Promote customized WMS/SAP/ERP system iteration, testing and launch.2.Verify master data to ensure project launch data accuracy.Exception Resolution & Systematic Optimization1.Build emergency response mechanisms for core warehouse operational risks.
2.Standardize inventory discrepancy analysis and optimize relevant processes.3.Summarize exception cases and form reusable standardized solutions.Requirements & Qualifications1.Bachelor degree or above in supply chain, engineering or related majors.2.Fluent in both English and Mandarin for work.3.8+ years 3C electronics project management experience in supply chain & warehousing.Required Abilities1.Cross-domain experience in manufacturing supply chain, logistics and systems.2.Experienced in end-to-end warehouse process and distribution solution delivery.3.Capable of warehouse layout, operation and system planning.Personalities1.Possess excellent leadership, communication and project delivery capabilities.2.Strong execution, independent judgment and multi-task management ability.3.Pressure-resistant, proactive and good at cross-department collaboration.
