We're seeking a passionate Senior Quality Assurance Professional to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations.What will you do:Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by coordinating with manufacturing engineers and quality control teams to exceed customer expectationsConduct comprehensive quality audits, analyze results, and implement preventive solutions to maintain highest quality standardsDrive root cause analysis for quality issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor improvement plans to ensure effective resolutionEstablish and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to consistently deliver premium productsCollaborate across departments to identify potential quality concerns and implement preventive measuresWhat will make you successful:Proven track record in manufacturing quality assurance, specifically in process monitoring and improvementStrong background in quality management systems and regulatory complianceExpertise in quality audit procedures and corrective action implementationAdvanced problem-solving abilities and analytical mindsetExcellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skillsWhat are the key skills we are looking for?
