mission of the role: assure floor operations on all transformation steps necessary to reach plant targets, guarantee correct resources usage on visteon reynosa: materials, people, machines & financial assets to reach manufacturing cost in budget (scraps, direct labor & overhead),
key objectives of this role:
ensuring the accomplishment of all safety procedures in the daily activities.
perform & assure the mandatory tools, procedures,



meetings & governances according with visteon guidelines.
assure quality system, (iatf & mpqa) respect in all process phases.
stablish proper analysis & corrective actions to correct & prevent any deviation on plan kpi's under his control.
stablish proper actions to guarantee successful launches of new products &/or engineering changes.
control the production requirements & assure their executions according with bts.
maintain budget in place regarding scrap, labor & overhead.
