About the Role

As an Account Management Specialist , you'll support our U.S. clients by managing their insurance accounts and ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Manage client accounts
Process billing requests
Coordinate with carriers and internal teams




Deliver exceptional client service while building long-term relationships

What We're Looking For

Required:

Experience in customer service, account management, insurance, banking, financial services, or another client-facing role
Experience using CRM or account management software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Advanced English — written and spoken
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn new software quickly
Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn
