Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities.
- Oversee move‑in and move‑out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.




- Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value‑added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.).
- Own and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
- Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration.
- Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure safe and well‑maintained properties through competitively bid agreements.
- Prepare financial reports to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies, while respecting work‑life balance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties.
- Current Real Estate sales license in the State of Oregon and Washington or ability to obtain one wit
