Job Description
The interpreter will provide EnglishSpanish interpretation in threeway calls for medical, emergency 911, and other critical situations, supporting individuals who are not fluent in the language.

Requirements

English level B2 minimum C2 preferred

High school diploma completed

Stable internet connection minimum 3 Mbps

Call center experience preferred

Quiet and dedicated workspace

Compatible equipment Huawei and ZTE devices are not supported

Technical Requirements

PC or laptop with Windows 10 11 or macOS 12 or higher

Updated Chromebook

Android phone version 13 or higher, or iPhone with iOS 16 or higher

Dedicated workspace to perform job duties

11,000 MXN PartTime

16,500 MXN FullTime and Graveyard shift
