we require the following skills for the position:
1. You must be fluent in english
2. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a head chef cooking authentic mexican cuisine.
3. You must be able to work with and train your kitchen team.
4. You must bring with you skills associated to authentic mexican cuisine, including preparation and cooking of authentic mexican food.
