about the role

we are looking for a customer operations representative to join our allison off highway (aoh) team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers , managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.

this is a highly collaborative and operations-focused position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex customer and logistics challenges.

what you’ll do

- manage customer orders from entry to delivery , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status
- proactively follow up on open orders and resolve issues such as delays or discrepancies
- coordinate with supply chain, logistics, distribution centers, engineering, and sales to meet customer needs
- handle shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and delivery-related concerns
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates




- support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

what we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operations
- experience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- fluent communication skills in spanish and english
- experience with erp systems (sap preferred), crm tools, and microsoft office
- a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
