key responsibilities

- lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
- define and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes.
- manage engineering projects, departmental budgets, and key performance indicators.
- collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- promote continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.

required qualifications

- bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- more than 5 years of experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- advanced english proficiency.
- experience with manufacturing processes, cnc equipment, and autocad or equivalent design software.
- knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and engineering tools such as spc, fmea, doe, tpm, and jit.
- valid u.s. visa.
- availability to travel.
