we are seeking an experienced director of marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives for u.s.-based brands. key responsibilities

- develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business launches.
- drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- oversee seo, sem, ppc, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
- optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- monitor kpis including roi, cac, roas, lead generation, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
- lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and creative team.
- partner closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and operations to support company objectives.

qualifications

- bachelors degree in marketing, business,



communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- 5+ years managing marketing and creative teams.
- proven experience marketing to u.s.-based companies and audiences.
- demonstrated success launching saas products, software solutions, or new businesses.
- strong expertise in b2b marketing, branding, digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
- advanced/fluent english (c1/c2) is required.
- preferred qualifications mba or master's degree.
- experience in saas, technology, healthcare, professional services, or startup environments.
- experience with hubspot, salesforce, google analytics (ga4), google ads, meta business suite, linkedin campaign manager, wordpress, webflow, semrush/ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms.
- google analytics or google ads certifications are a plus.
