drive schedule adherence and production recovery within a high-complexity aerospace manufacturing environment (plastics & composites).

this role is accountable for shop floor execution, supplier recovery acceleration, constraint removal, and full plan-to-ship flow control across critical aircraft programs.

core responsibilities

- own daily and weekly production schedule adherence
- execute recovery plans for delinquent work orders
- lead shop floor expediting and constraint resolution
- monitor manufacturing flow from release to shipment
- analyze comstat and operational kpis to identify delivery risks
- validate data integrity across production and supplier reporting
- escalate risks with mitigation strategies and timeline impact analysis
- drive accountability across production, quality, planning, and supply chain
- support multi-program aerospace manufacturing environments (737 / 767 / 777x)

required qualifications

- bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred (or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience)
- 5+ years in aerospace or high-mix manufacturing environments
- proven experience in:
- production control
- manufacturing supervision
- schedule recovery
- shop floor leadership
- supplier performance management
- strong understanding of:
- throughput management
- constraint analysis
- schedule adherence metrics
- operational kpis




- advanced excel proficiency (data analysis, reporting, production tracking)
- availability for 1st / 2nd shift and overtime as required
- mexican or dual citizenship required
