Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Contractor)

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Are you looking for a long-term contract with opportunities for growth? Southern Voices, Inc. is seeking bilingual customer service representatives fluent in both English and Spanish to join our inbound call center team. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work from home. We are seeking residents of Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients, including doctors' offices and businesses.
2. Handle inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Complete a comprehensive four-week paid training program to ensure you are well-prepared for success.

Requirements:

1. Previous call center experience is required. (Background check will be completed)
2. Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
3. Contractors must provide their own equipment, including:
4. Personal Computer: A desktop computer or laptop running Windows 10 or higher with an Intel i3 processor (or AMD equivalent) and at least 8GB of RAM. Chromebooks, tablets,



and iPads are not acceptable.
5. Dual monitors
6. Internet Connection: A hard-wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Wi-Fi or hotspots are not permitted.
7. Headset: A functional headset is required at all times. If you need a headset, notify your Training Manager or Supervisor in advance.
8. A quiet, distraction-free work environment is essential.

- We have contract positions available across all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Enjoy the flexibility to work when it suits you best.

Compensation:

- Competitive pay starting at $7.50 per hour USD.
