To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus .

Reporting to the Planning Manager, responsible for publishing and tracking production plans, material flows on the production floor and responsible for inventory control throughout the supply chain.

What a typical day looks like:

- Assists in checking data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphs and charts based on data analysis.
- May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data analysis.
- Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
- May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
- Data Auditing. Questions and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to budgets.
- Proactively identifies and raises potential parameter-related issues.
- Where appropriate, suggests process and communication improvements related to metrics tracking activities.
- Tracks financial performance of materials and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
- Create weekly manufacturing orders that include all customer parts.
- Receive data entry for customers




- Maintain content list and item master.
- Direct customer contact
- Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build).

The experience we are looking for to join our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience related to the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Experience in the position of Planner scheduler.
- Intermediate-advanced experience with databases such as Kinaxis.
- Intermediate-advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of BaaN and FlexFlow indispensable.
- Intermediate// advanced English.
