what you'll do:

• provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for the onbase ecm system.

• resolve issues related to document imaging, workflow, indexing, user access, and system performance.

• work closely with end users and it teams to diagnose problems and apply fixes or patches.

• maintain system uptime and ensure smooth integration with connected business applications.

what we're looking for:

• strong knowledge of onbase configuration, diskgroups, and application server administration.

• excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• proficiency in english.
