? General Description

A leading company within the industrial sector with nationwide operations is seeking a Senior Indirect Purchasing Specialist, responsible for the end-to-end management of procurement processes for goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and quality standards.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage tender and bidding processes, ensuring proper control, documentation, and compliance with procurement policies for goods and service acquisition.
- Develop, manage, and oversee commercial contracts related to the acquisition of indirect goods and/or services.
- Process and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) for indirect products and services (MRO).
- Actively participate in ensuring vendor tax compliance, in coordination with internal departments.
- Conduct random audits of purchase requisitions to ensure adherence to established procedures and policies.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focused on:
- Cost savings
- Supplier development and evaluation
- Process optimization
- Generate and analyze monthly KPI reports for the procurement area.
- Develop, evaluate, and strengthen the supplier base.
- Train requisitioners and internal stakeholders on:
- MRO changes
- Procurement policies
- Contracts
- Taxes
- Updates to applicable tax legislation
- Ensure all activities align with the Quality Policy,



promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
- Perform duties with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity, and professional ethics, fostering competencies such as emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness.
- Comply with workplace organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline practices.
- Provide support to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

✅ Profile Requirements (Updated)

- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience or more in:
- Indirect procurement
- MRO
- Service and contract management
- Proven experience in:
- Tender and bidding processes
- Strategic supplier negotiation
- Contract administration and control
- Knowledge of:
- Vendor tax compliance
- Auditing of requisitions and procurement processes
- Performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of and participation in quality management systems, preferably ISO 9001:2015.
- Conversational and written English, capable of participating in meetings, reviewing contracts, and communicating via email.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Compliance with the internal training and competency matrix applicable to the position.
