As part of Del Cabo’s expansion into a new, highly curated segment, we are launching Bar Ligaya — an elevated cocktail experience designed for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, where refined hospitality, intentional energy, and meaningful connection define every night.

We are looking for someone who naturally moves within the right circles and understands that great places are built through people, energy, and presence.

At Bar Ligaya, you will play a key role in bringing the right crowd into the room, while ensuring every arrival feels seamless, elevated, and intentionally curated. You’ll help define who walks through the door, and why they come back.

Responsibilities

- Position Ligaya as a must‑visit, talked‑about destination in Los Cabos
- Build and nurture a strong network across luxury hospitality, VIP clients & tastemakers
- Attract and convert the right guests through natural influence and strategic presence
- Shape the energy and social dynamic of the space, night after night
- Deliver a polished, memorable first impression that sets the tone for the experience

Qualifications

- You’ve been part of high‑end venues, social scenes,



or hospitality environments
- You’re naturally well‑connected, or know how to become it quickly
- You have a strong sense of taste, timing, and social awareness
- People trust your recommendations — and want to be where you are
- You understand luxury not as formality, but as attention to detail and feeling
- You move comfortably within diverse, inclusive, and elevated spaces

Schedule & On‑site Role

Primarily evening/night operations, with presence on peak days (Thursday–Saturday).

Versátil schedule dedicated to networking, hotel visits, concierge relationships & guest acquisition.

Hosting and managing guest experience during key service hours.

Compensation & Benefits

- $19,000 MXN gross monthly salary
- $800 MXN grocery vouchers
- Birthday day off
