- Support the management and follow-up of a small customer portfolio.
- Assist with reporting activities and data tracking within the Collections team.
- Help maintain and update customer account information and collection records.
- Utilize Excel to analyze and organize operational data.
- Learn and work with tools such as SAP and High
Radius to support daily activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and administrative tasks within the department.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a finance and collections environment.
