You Will

Guarantee the implementation and compliance of standards by services within its scope and ensure the conformity of the proposed offer with the sales contract concluded with the customer
Make a diagnosis, at the opening, of the state of its services and alert its manager of any dysfunctions observed according to the area impacted and issue recommendations
Develop a sense of detail in the services within its scope in order to ensure a quality service both in the service delivered and in the visual presentation




Seek the optimization of the customer plan, ensure the personalization of the relationship and secure the proper management of complaints
Analyze customer satisfaction and implement the necessary corrective actions.
Get involved in budget planning, implement actions to achieve the objectives set by your manager
Optimize local sales of its services
Ensure the implementation and enforcement of health and safety standards in his/her department and participate in meetings as well as in the health and safety unit.
