Your Responsibilities

Processing of Customer Orders
Processing of Customer and Intercompany Deliveries (in case if needed)
Processing of Customer and Intercompany Invoices
Analyzing Customer Forecast and Customer Orders
Analyse production planning and detect constraints in process.
Follow up with Production Planning / Buffer Management to meet Customer Due Date
Coordinate month end /year end closing activities with Finance
Processing of ramp up scenarios for new Customer Projects
Follow up on Internal Project to meet Customer Requirements

Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE’s Customers (Platforms)

Requirements

5 years of experience at least in the position




Lead the customer service team
SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) are considered assets
Knowledge of production planning

Fluency in English is required.
