Perfil buscado

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT support or service delivery; leadership experience.
- Experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, and project management methodologies, supporting manufacturing sites.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, service management, and enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft technologies.
- Experience working in manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
