(Mantiene y mejora el sistema 5Ss) y asegura su contribución en los niveles de desempeño vs objetivos de la planta.Actividades de implementación y desarrollo del SG en el área de campo (ISOS’s, TPM, TRACC).*Desarrollo documental de procedimientos, descriptivos de puesto, e información documentada de las actividades administrativas y operativas.



*Inventario y documentación de clasificación de hijuelos por tamaño.Gestión de controles internos para los procesos del área de agave.*Seguimiento de certificación de huertas madre.
