The main responsibilities are to:

- Develop financial models and business cases for capital and operational projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk assessment.

- Support manufacturing and shelter operations in Monterrey through cost analysis, labor modelling, compliance tracking, and alignment with Plant Finance.

- Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting, providing consolidated reporting and clear insights for leadership decision‑making.

- Ensure strong financial governance, maintaining documentation for CAPEX, controls, audits, and project approvals.

- Act as a strategic finance partner to local and North American leadership, providing insights that influence workforce planning, sourcing, footprint strategy, and productivity initiatives.

- Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and dashboards (Power BI, SAP, Coupa, Anaplan).

Minimum 8 years professional experience within manufacturing companies.Experience working under a maquila / shelter company structure.

The adecuado candidate will have:





- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5-8+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, FP&A;, or project finance.

- Strong modelling capabilities (Excel, financial scenarios, cost simulations).

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analytics tools (Power BI).

- Fluent in Spanish and English (written & verbal).

- Ability to work onsite in Monterrey and collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams.

- Experience working within a shelter manufacturing model in Mexico (preferred).

- Background supporting plant launches, industrial transfers, or complex operational projects (preferred).

- Familiarity with U.S.-based corporate reporting requirements (preferred).
