Previous experience in maintenance positions and application of TPM.Experience leading large teams with at least 5 direct reports (administrative).
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
- A strong background in engineering or manufacturing within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in maintenance management and equipment optimization.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and best practices.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate with other departments effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Advanced English.
