Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Master Scheduler, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.

- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.

- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.

- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.

- Maintains files on all equipment.

Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.

- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.

- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.

- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with warehouse racking systems, material flow, and logistics operations.
- Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, AS/400) for inventory management, material tracking, and traceability.
- Experience in supply chain and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and production kitting.
- Knowledge of electronic components and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls, moisture-sensitive materials, lot traceability, and part number management.
- Experience managing critical materials, including chemicals, soldering materials, and batteries,



while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of FIFO inventory practices, inventory accuracy, obsolescence control, and stock availability.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Kanban.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to train warehouse personnel on equipment operation, material handling, barcode scanning, and RFID systems.
- Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery cycle time, productivity, and freight costs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent production downtime.
