- Lead end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
- Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Manage and optimize ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient financial processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Take ownership of financial operations while influencing strategic direction.Build an environment of collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CRC is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership,
or financial leadership roles.
- Experience in education or hospitality sectors is considered a strong plus.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory compliance, including audit processes.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing ERP systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
