Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:

- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
- Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort
- Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Generate Shortage Reports.
- Review shortage reports with buyers and present a summary to the customer in English (CTB - Clear to Build Report).
- Experience in NPI and product transfers.
- Demand analysis and loading.
- Analyze, request, and document approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses, as well as PFAs (expediting fees).
- Control and maintain the Do Not Buy list.




- Analyze and implement Engineering Changes.
- Attend and actively participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings.
- Generate Excess and Obsolete (E&O;) reports and follow up on action plans.
- Update Production Plans and Capacity Projections.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
