Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is looking for a talented Program Manager focusing on Tax Compliance projects impacting Seller experience.

This role will own both identifying and working with Amazon partner teams to comply with Tax requirements and improve the seller experience by reducing friction in selling on Amazon.

An adecuado candidate is someone who will be obsessed with making the seller experience seamless. The individual will be highly organized, data driven and results focused. They will also have a passion for inventing and scaling a successful program, from identifying the focus areas to communicating the results and using the data to inform future business decisions and feature development.

Key job responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to comply with Tax requirements and remove seller friction.
- Partner with technical and business teams to launch and automate new processes derived from Tax Compliance requirements.
- Drive system improvements within seller facing platforms.
- Analyze results, communicate learning upward, and use the data to drive future strategies.
- Set up performance management mechanisms and own multiple team KPIs for seller experience, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
