Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise‐scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Force.com development, advanced certifications, and proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative applications across multiple Salesforce Clouds.

Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, controllers, and Visualforce pages
- .Build complex, form‐driven UX in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Pardot/Account Engagement)
- .Integrate Salesforce with external applications using Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts, and ETL processes
- .Implement secure and scalable solutions leveraging OAuth, REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub, CDC, and messaging queues
- .Utilize AI‐powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, Windsurf) to accelerate delivery
- .Contribute to AI‐driven Salesforce proof‐of‐concepts and pilots
- .Support Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments,



and tooling (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps)
- .Collaborate in Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of high‐quality solutions
- .Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and clear communication across stakeholders

Required Qualificatio
- ns7+ years of professional software development experienc
- e.5+ years of hands‐on development on the Force.com platfor
- m.Active and verifiable Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certificatio
- n.Active and verifiable Salesforce Platform App Builder Certificatio
- n.Demonstrated expertise with Apex, Force.com REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, LWC, and Visualforc
- e.Experience with relational databases (MS‐SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processe
- s.Strong problem‐solving and analytical skill
- s.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verba
- l.Proven experience working in an Agile dev
