The Transportation Capacity team seeks a results-driven Program Manager to lead capacity planning initiatives across Amazon Mexico's transportation network. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional execution, and data-driven decision-making to ensure operational efficiency at scale. Design and deliver capacity plans with strategic consistency, addressing complex business challenges while driving automation and process improvement across the planning function. Develop mid-to-long term capacity plans aligned with network strategy and OP2 targets. Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely decision-making and execution. Leverage data and analytical tools to deliver actionable insights that improve planning accuracy. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual processing time.



Lead network-wide initiatives with bias for action and measurable outcomes. Navigate ambiguous business contexts to deliver clarity and structured solutions.
Design and deliver volume forecasts with strategic consistency, addressing complex business challenges while driving automation and process improvement across the planning function. Develop short-to-mid term volume plans aligned with network strategy and OP2 targets. Drive cross-functional coordination with upstream (Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers) and downstream (Last Mile, OTR) stakeholders to ensure volume signals are timely, accurate, and actionable. Leverage data and analytical tools to deliver actionable insights that improve forecasting accuracy and network throughput.
