Location: La Veleta, Tulum, Mexico
Type: Full-time, Onsite
Start Date: October/November 2025
Base Salary: MXN $15,000–$22,500/month depending on experience
Commission: Earn commission on retail product sales (gloves, apparel, balls, etc…) and tips from bar purchases
Schedule: ~50 hours/week (flexible schedule, weekends and evenings required)
Performance Reviews: Every 6 months with opportunity for compensation increases and expanded responsibilities

Golf Tulum is a high-performance golf simulator studio and lifestyle lounge located in La Veleta, Tulum. We’re hiring reliable, friendly team members to host guests, run the golf simulators, and support daily operations at our pro shop and bar.

Responsibilities

Greet and host guests with warmth and professionalism
Operate and troubleshoot the golf simulators (training provided)
Manage check-ins, bookings, and simulator sessions
Serve drinks or assist in bar/lounge service
Keep the simulator area, shop,



and lounge clean and guest-ready
Assist with product sales, re-stocking, and merchandising
Capture and share content on social media channels

Adecuado Candidate

Dependable and timely
Friendly and professional demeanor with a hospitality mindset
Hospitality, retail, or bar experience preferred
Experience with social media management a bonus
Interest in golf is a bonus, but not required
Preferably fluent in both Spanish and English (or determined to become fluent)
