Role Responsibilities
Commercial Performance

Deliver sales, profitability, volume and market share objectives for assigned accounts.
Develop and execute annual customer business plans aligned with company commercial priorities.
Monitor sales performance, pricing, inventory, margins and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
Manage customer P&L; and optimize return on investment across commercial initiatives.




Support forecasting and demand planning processes in collaboration with Supply Chain.
Develop and implement commercial strategies across multiple sales channels to accelerate business growth and expand market presence.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by developing relationships with emerging customers and strategic accounts across different channels.

Customer Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Develop customer growth strategies based on business insights and shopper understanding.
Lead regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and define action plans.
Ensure proper management of customer financial processes, including collections, credit notes and account reconciliation.
Develop and onboard new customer accounts while strengthening existing partnerships to maximize commercial opportunities.
