Position Summary
The Project Manager II (Design) leads the planning and execution of assigned projects and programs, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations. The role coordinates cross-functional resources, manages risks and dependencies,



and delivers technology-driven solutions that enhance customers outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation.
Coordinate installation and deployment activities including enterprise software, system integration, and consulting engagements.
Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development.
Monitor and report on project performance including progress, resources, schedules, risks, and metrics.
Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
Serve as escalation point and provide troubleshooting support.
Facilitate communication across stakeholders and teams.
Mediate conflicting priorities across teams.
