DESCRIPTION
Define, monitor and ensure targets and KPIs for returnable container management
Account setup for container accounts and new suppliers
Ensure cooperation with relevant internal and external interfaces to manage returnable container flow and supply such as warehouse operations, etc.
Manage the returnable container process (empties) and container fleet.
Error identification alignment with the supplier with to define measures.




Generate emergency orders and identify root causes through supplier incl. taking measures such as charge back information to interfaces.
Preparation of complaints process incl. analysis with carriers/suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions
Supplier management
Knowledge of OEMs standards
Cost, penalties and claims management
Handling of KPIs
Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics
Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
Fluent English
