Education and Experience Requirements

Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA desirable
Experience: 3+ years as a Plant Manager
Deep knowledge of automotive cut-and-sew industrial processes
Exceptional communication, organization, and team leadership skills
Inventory Management
English proficient, verbal and written (B2-C1)
