? The Role

We're looking for a Head of Engineering & Continuous Improvement to build and lead Birdman's Process Engineering and Project Engineering function.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving productivity, automation, manufacturing capacity, Lean transformation,



and CAPEX projects across our operations. You'll partner closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D;, and Finance to ensure our facilities are ready to support Birdman's ambitious growth.

⚙️ Responsibilities

Engineering & Continuous Improvement

Lead Process Engineering and Project Engineering teams.

Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing.

Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies including Kaizen, SMED, TPM, 5S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping.

Improve OEE/OLE, reduce waste, changeover times, and manufacturing costs.

Develop operational KPIs and performance dashboards.

Capital Projects & Automation

Lead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning.
